1. Download the application form, and send the forms to the service persons。

2. Plasmid：

Minimum amount: 1μg DNA; Maximum Vol: 20μl.

Use separate forms to apply if using more than one construct or orchid specie.

Please provide Plasmid Map -Optional.

3. Charge Fee:

NTD 36, 000/ construct。

Basic charge is NTD 10,000 per transformation if fail to generate positive transgenic plantlets.

4. What do you get from service?

Young generated plants (2~3 leaves) 1~10 lines

RT-PCR and Genomic PCR data.
